PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF UNION CITY
INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS
The Union City Parking Authority hereby requests proposals/qualifications from vendors to provide
Auditing Services;
General Counsel Services;
Labor Counsel Services;
Personnel Consultant Services;
Accounting Services
The Union City Parking Authority is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Sealed RFQ/RFP responses will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent of the Parking Authority on December 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the office of the Union City Parking Authority, located at 506-518 38th Street, Top of the Parking Deck, Union City, NJ 07087, at which time and place responses will be opened for:
Auditing Services;
General Counsel Services;
Labor Counsel Services;
Personnel Consultant Services;
Accounting Services
Proposal/qualification forms will be on file at the offices of the Union City Parking Authority, located at 506-518 38th Street, Top of the Parking Deck, Union City, NJ 07087. They may be examined and obtained, at the Office, during regular business hours between 8 AM and 4 PM Monday to Friday, and Saturday, from 8 AM to 12 PM, beginning on December 6, 2025. Forms may also be obtained by email by contacting the Parking Authority at 201-348-5836.
The Authority hereby reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the one deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
Respondents shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. A copy of your New Jersey Business Registration Certificate shall be included with your proposal.
